At Arqbase, we value our customers' satisfaction and transparency at every stage of the purchase. Therefore, we have established a clear cancellation and refund policy, applicable exclusively to our digital products, such as our standalone courses.
📦 About Digital Products
Our digital products sold in our store are delivered immediately—meaning they become available for access or download as soon as payment is confirmed.
Because they consist of digital content and are not subject to physical return, we follow the guidelines of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Art. 49).
⏳ Deadline for Cancellation and Refund Requests
You can request the cancellation of your purchase and a refund of the amount paid within 7 (seven) calendar days after payment confirmation.
✅ Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund within the 7-calendar-day period, the following must apply:
• The request is made within the aforementioned timeframe;
• The purchased content has not been fully consumed (e.g., courses with more than 50% of the classes watched);
• No files have been downloaded after the purchase;
• There is no evidence of misuse, sharing, or copyright infringement.
Each request will be analyzed individually by our support team.

• Request the refund directly through your user profile by accessing your account on the Hotmart website;
• Or, if you prefer direct support, send an email to info@arqbase.com with the following information:

💳 Refund Processing Time
Once the refund is approved, the timeframe varies depending on the payment method:

• Credit card: the refund may take up to 2 subsequent billing cycles, depending on the card issuer.
• Pix or boleto (bank slip): the amount will be returned via bank transfer within 7 business days.
